Dr. Sun. H Lee, a board certified neurosurgeon with a fellowship in complex spine and brain tumor surgery, boasts over 50 publications. He joined Valley Neurosurgical Institute after a 14-year tenure as a Professor of Neurosurgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rutgers University, New Jersey. Before his time at Rutgers, he served on the faculty at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he completed an additional neurosurgical residency and spine fellowship.

Dr. Joung H. Lee, a renowned international expert in skull base surgery, previously served as Professor and Founding Director of the Cleveland Clinic Skull Base Surgery Center since July 1993. At the Cleveland Clinic, he developed one of the world’s largest skull base surgery programs, annually evaluating over 200 new meningioma patients and completing more than 1200 meningioma surgeries, making it one of the most extensive experiences globally.
